Hotel Guest Reviews
“Stayed here for my 1-day stop over in manila before heading to Boracay. Check-in was fast and staff was friendly. The lobby and elevator was shoddy and bear that musty smell-definitely needs renovation. We were shocked with the big hole (size of a basketball) on the wall and a couple of dead crouches on the floor…” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com
“We have stayed in makati prime many times and all i can say is we don’t have any problem…” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com
“The hotel is wify but they charge per hour, it should be their additional service to the customers, ppl book there rooms thinking the hotel is providing the wify service,..” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com
“I would definitely not recommend staying at the Prime Towers. The pictures on the website are very deceiving, it is not at all what it is like. The only good thing about my stay was the shuttle from the airport.” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com
“This hotel is quite good, clean and friendly staff. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and they listen to your needs. It is good value for money and is located in a night life area where I will stay again during my next visit to Manila. I really liked this hotel.” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com
“the location was in Burgos street which is the entertainment district, the rooms were very big with 3 rooms, however the staff was no so friendly but overall ok for the price” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com
“I have stayed there many times and it is consistent-be friendly and understand where you are staying. If you do it is great!!!!” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com
“This is a surprising hotel. I was on the 23rd floor and i felt nervous using the lift as most other things seemed to be in disrepair. But the lifts worked well, and the room, although old, was rather charming with incredible views. The bathroom light did not work, but the plumbing was OK.” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com
“1. In Makati City 2. Good window view of the city 3. Free use of gym”…”1. Aircon wasn’t cold enough (Needs maintenance) 2. Funny smell in the hallway 3. Expensive internet charge” Guest review from www.agoda.com
“When I arrived at the hotel I was greated by the staff. I went to the room and found it to be larger than I had expected. The hotel is located near the all of the “night life” and pleanty of returants to choose from. I booked this hotel beleiving there were LAN connections in the rooms but there were none. Overall for the price it was not too bad but I probaly wont stay there again.” Guest review from www.agoda.com
“My stay there was ok i like the location and the people that work there for the most part are very nice especially the men that work outside helping with getting customers taxis and with there luggage. One problem i did have was with one of the women at the front desk, she was very rude other than that my stay was ok.” Guest review from www.agoda.com
“this hotel is located just where men who travel alone would like to be, hotel is easy to find and lots of night clubs all around. i think couples should avoid this place as it will be a distraction for the guy and the lady will also not be comfortable. bell boy and reception were very helpful so no problem for first timers” Guest review from www.agoda.com
“i did a have a few minor issues when i 1st checked in – the tv remote nowhere to be found & blocked toilet – both of which issues fixed promptly with a phone call to reception. the staff are focussed & professional (though a little smiling would be welcomed), the breakfast good value – the tocino in philippino breakfast highly recommended. fairly basic but i would use again” Guest review from www.agoda.com
“The room seemed large and view from the upper floor was good. The $40 per night plus breakfast made this a good deal. The location was good, near bars. I was able to walk to the Glorieta Mall from here. I only used the room to sleep, wash up and watch TV, spent most of my time out.” Guest review from www.hotelclub.com
“For the price of $40, the hotel is a good deal. Each time I statyed there I had a one bedroom for the price of a studio, it was large. It has a good location, near the bars. I am basically satisfied. “ Guest review from www.hotelclub.com
“Reception staff were excellent. Very helpful in every way. The staff in the restaurant weren’t as talkitive but perhaps they coudn’t speak as good english but breakfast was great and good value.” Guest review from www.hotelclub.com
“Extremely disappointed. Grossly overpriced for the quality of the rooms and location. Almost impossible to get a taxi and I had to have them change rooms because the first one was such a mess. Torn up furniture, broken floor tile, etc. Would not return.” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com
“Rooster crows early in the morning next door. Bed was broken and leaned to the left. Dirty shower. Bad airconditioning” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com
“I can’t believe that HotelTravel.com were offering the Makati Prime Suites Hotel as alternative hotel to the Oxford Suites in Makati. While there may be only $4 difference in their respective prices, there is a world of difference in the quality of the rooms on offer. My room at the Makati Prime Suites was very old, dirty, full of ants and lacking in the basics such as glasses and drinking water which you come to expect.” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com
“Very old interior, noisy aircon and uncomfortable bed. Old furniture, uncomfortable bed, very noisy aircon. Swimming pool closed half day, very limited space around pool. fridge very old and not maintained.” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com
“It’s worth it to stay and good location for night life. swimming pool need to conduct more maintenance. Overall are good.” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com
“OTHER THAN iTS GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION the hotel has little to offer, it’s old ,seedy and in need of a facelift, the self catering option is attractive to poorer and low budget tourist/family groups and that is why no 2 bedroom suites are generally available. AC/TV bathroom maintenance is poor, and is aged.” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com
“The Reception staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. There is a grimy staff room behind the Reception desk that should be closed at all times because it gives a bad impression of the hotel facilities. The room itself is clean and comfortable. However the towels are grey and appear not to be too clean so I did not use them. “ Guest review from www.hotelclub.com

I stayed here for 2 days and there’s nothing bad I can say about Makati Prime Tower. The bathroom is good, aircon, refrigerator, the elevator is working OK. The room is very clean. Very close to classy restaurants and entertainment activities. Compared to very expensive hotels in Makati, I think this hotel is good value for money. I spent most of my time outside though and just use the room to sleep. I would come back here again.
