Originally developed as a residential condominium, Isabelle Royale is an 11-storey condominium with about 100 units. Completed and sold out in 2005, almost half of the buyers of Isabelle Royale are Filipinos living abroad. Considering the location of Isabelle Royale and the demand for affordable accommodations for business travelers and tourists, its developer, Techno-Asia Construction and Development, Inc, has decided to convert the unoccupied units into hotel accommodations.
