“The location is great. The lobby is very nice. Unfortunately this does not extend to the rooms. The carpet had stains. The cupboards stank of mold. The beds though were clean as far as we could tell. “The staff was very nice and hotel very clean. My room was basic. Two single beds. The mattresses were rather hard, not exactly to my liking. I loved the shower: great water pressure. “First off, my first impression of the place was pretty good. The lobby looks very nice and pretty modern. When you get upstairs however…the accomodations where a little dark and dingy but never saw any cockroaches! “I stayed here for 2 nights recently. There wasn’t anything really bad, but I just felt it was not a very good value. It advertises as an appartment type room but the kitchenette is a bit bare with only this mini oven and hot plate that you cannot run together — basically good for boiling water. “The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times throughout my stay. However, although the location is great, understand that this is not a “hotel”: there is no pool, fitness center, restaurant, bar, etc. This is an apartment style accomodation, so you have a large bedroom and a kitchen with appliances and dishes, and a decent sized refrigerator, which was what I liked the most. Unfortunately, the cable tv is very scrambled and difficult to see at times. The last two nights I stayed no one cleaned the room, which was slightly disappointing due to the price.
