AIM Conference Center Manila Guest Reviews

:-( Awful and nothing more – I am allergic and this was the WORST staying. If you have problems with health, avoid this hotel…” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com

:-( A big mistake – I chose this hotel because I had to make a stop in Metro Manila and I needed a place to stay within Makati. I needed a hotel that’s not expensive but my decision in choosing this hotel didn’t turn out reasonable. It was indeed a health hazard and hazard on your personal belonging. I paid Php3,020 for a single room…” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com

:-( A health hazard! – I booked into the hotel because of the cost and location. Also since it is attached to a business conference and study center I was expecting something modest and functional so I had no illusions. The room was worn but serviceable. The bathroom was dank but usable. The furniture was creaky. The aircon was dusty and there was a lot…” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com

:-) Excellent place to stay in Makati – My wife and I recently stayed at AIM in Makati before departing for the UK. The facility is located in central Makati heart of the business centre in Manila and opposite Greenbelt 1 the upmarket shopping mall. AIM has a restaurant on the 5th Floor with serves the best breakfast I’ve had in Manila and is open through till 10pm…” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com

:-) Minimalist 4-star hotel with great location – AIM Conference Center Hotel has an excellent location, being directly opposite the Greenbelt Shopping Belt. Do take note that some taxi drivers may not know this hotel by its name, henceforth if you encounter such a problem, just tell the driver Greenbelt 1. Rooms are basic with little amenities but they are clean and comfortable. On the higher floors, you…” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com

:-) Great location, reasonable rate, good service – We have picked this Hotel because of its great location. Though its very near to malls, business district — price is still reasonable and lower than other neighboring hotels. Staff are very friendly especially housekeeping and Front Desk…” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com

:-) The location & cost are the biggest attractions – The location cannot be beaten. It is right across Greenbelt 1 where you can find some nice shops and restaurants. However, if you do not feel like tackling the pedestrian crossing (in Manila, motorists speed up toward a pedestrian crossing for fear of getting held up by a crowd of pedestrians-you’re literally in danger of getting run over!), there’s a…” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com

:-( Review from a Fil-Am from Guam – We picked this hotel mainly because of the price, roughly USD54 a night, and the location (a stone’s throw from Greenbelt 1) can’t be beat. However, the advantages of this hotel stops right there! The rooms were tiny which could be excused if it was clean. It was not. The carpets were sticky and in dire need of steam cleaning…” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com

:-) Excellent location – This is the place to stay if you want to be in the popular Makati area but not pay the high rates of hotels in this area. The location is just great, a minute’s walk from the Green Belt area. The hotel however could do with a lot of refurbishment to the rooms. And also general maintenance with washing of…” Guest review from www.tripadvisor.com

:-) Stayed with my family – in the sigle double room with the kids sharing a bed.The stay was nice but the free breakfast was different on the menu to what u actually get eg 1 egg instead of 2 stated on the menu.Other then that great location good staff would stay again for sure…” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com

:-) AIM has a great location – if you like to spend time in Makati around Greenbelt and Glorietta. But that’s its only virtue. Failures? 1) twin beds 2) bad mattresses (my back aches at the memory), 3) mediocre meals, 4) small, mediocre rooms, 5) I could go on, but why bother? To be clear, though, AIM isn’t seedy or decrepit. It just doesn’t have any features (beyond location) that would cause me to recommend it to anyone…” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com

:-( :-) This is a no frills, but good Hotel - The access by taxi is difficult as there are a number of one way streets, and the Hotel address being the corner of two obscure streets, and online map are not good source material. If you tell the dirver the Hotel is located at Paseo de Roxan, across from Greenbelt one, that gets you in the area. This is my second time to stay, so that speaks for itself. An inproved online map would help alot…” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com

:-) This is a good location – for accessing the mall and MRT train systems. Make sure you find the route through the school so you do not have to walk around. The front of the center is literally across the street from the mall…” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com

:-) Staff – are very respectful and friendly. I will stay there again anytime…” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com

:-) location – is a big big plus.well worth for what i paid.dinning, internet cafe, shopping, all from 5 minutes walking distance.beddings appeared old, but overall clean…” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com

:-) This is a business class hotel – just opposite Greenbelt 3 in Makati. It is very good value for money because at $50 for a modern good standard room – albeit smallish – with good aircon, security box, comfortable queen bed, good facilities in room. Breakfast was ok for a westerner but I got a rate without breakfast and then could choose the restaurant or the delice de france in the lobby – but with Greenbelt just opposite, there is no problem getting the highest of standards that you want in food terms at any hour. Security was good and there was no interference. Broadband is free in the rooms. Plenty of taxis. A very good choice for high standards on a budget…” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com

:-) Nice hotel – it’s the second time I stay in Manila and at the AIM. Staff ok, restaurant ok and above all clean…” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com

:-) This is a pretty old place – and the furnishings are of equal age. Clean enough, great staff, price is the motivator for me to stay again, and I would. No lounge chairs at the pool…” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com

:-) Very nice hotel near lots of shopping and restaurants - The only problem we had was getting fresh towels sent to the room. Yes, I would stay at this hotel again when visiting Manila…” Guest review from www.hoteltravel.com

:-) :-( Centrally located – basic functional. Service is good. Towels were shaded and torn. Business Centre is poor…the pcs hang, internet is not working sometimes, person is not available at the other times… ” Guest review from www.agoda.com
